I take pride in wearing the badge of an “obsessive administrator” with honor, fueled by a potent blend of organization, strategic thinking, and, admittedly, more coffee than I can count. While the aroma of coffee might be more at home in a bustling office, these three elements combine to make me the perfect remote assistant.

My journey into the world of administration kicked off at the tender age of 18, where I cut my teeth as a debt collector. Armed with my trusty diary and meticulously organized Excel spreadsheets, I discovered a profound passion for keeping things in meticulous order. It was like finding my own little slice of heaven.

Later on, my path led me to the bustling streets of London, where I served as a customer service representative for a company known as my|deposits. There, I was quickly entrusted with the task of giving the inbound communication process a much-needed facelift. Streamlining processes seemed to come second nature to me, and it became a recurring theme in my career. Wherever I go, companies seek my expertise in optimizing their operations.

During my tenure with my|deposits, I played a pivotal role in laying the administrative groundwork for their Property Redress Scheme. In tandem with this endeavor, I tackled website creation, handled internal document management, and expertly managed inboxes—all while working for my|deposits and being seconded to the position of Complaints Manager. Thriving on the art of multitasking and delivering tangible results, it finally dawned on me that I had found my true calling.

After five enriching years, I felt the need to transition to a new sector, leading me to the dynamic team at First Utility. Here, I further refined my skills, developing processes for backdating bills, expertly managing reporting tasks, and diligently organizing diaries. It was during this period that a brilliant idea struck—why not harness my expertise on a broader scale? Thus, Take Back Time came into being.

Since then, my journey has led me to collaborate with a diverse range of sectors, including accountants, ear hygienists, contractors, charities, and care homes. My services encompass a wide spectrum of tasks, from daily and inbox management to web design, document production, process streamlining, and data entry and analysis.
